?? Base bianca con mozzarella e formaggio spalmabile. Cornicioni alti e soffici, lunga lievitazione e alta idratazione. A crudo: pomodorini gialli #Inserbo, mortadella, stracciatella, pesto e foglioline di basilico fresco.
Una tra le nostre preferite, sapori perfettamente bilanciati tra loro e contrasti cromatici ineccepibili❤️
